Kowloon-Canton Railway Corp's Tsuen Wan West Station residential project has had a land premium levy of HK$3.54 billion imposed by the Lands Department, sources said.

The early completion is good news to tenants affected by the redevelopment of Wong Chuk Hang Estate.
K Wah profit falls on lack of completed projects

31 Building plans approved in February

The Buildings Department approved 31 building plans in February - 11 on Hong Kong Island , five in Kowloon and 15 in the New Territories .
The Lands Department this afternoon (March 27) held the last public land auction of the financial year. A Government lot at Shui Hang, Cheung Chau was sold for $96.5 million.
