Forget speed camera's! This is much more fun...
People slow down and try to "straddle" the hole, then breath a sign of relief when they completely cleared it! This is actually a speed control device that is in use. And it is much cheaper than speed cameras. Very clever, especially if moved around each day.
Should these be introduce to HK? Or are we able to trust in the never ending construction on our local roads to be just as effective in speed control? |
