1 Appointment of Alternate Directors

The MTR Corporation today announces that with effect from 10 July 2007, Mr Alan Lai Nin, Permanent Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury (Treasury) and Mr Leung Cheuk-man, Deputy Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury (Treasury)2 have been appointed as Alternate Directors to Professor Chan Ka-keung, Ceajer, non-executive Director of the Corporation who is also the Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury.
