1. Resumption of land for schools in Yuen Long
Seven private agricultural lots with a total area of about 8,751 square metres
will be resumed to build one primary and one secondary school in Yuen Long Kau
Hui, Area 16. Site formation works are scheduled to start in early 2002 and the
construction is expected to be completed in 2005. A Resumption Notice is gazetted
today (September 14). The lots will revert to the Government upon expiration of
three months from the date of the affixing of the resumption notice on site. End/Friday,
